Hi ! Happy morning to sending for you, my name is Rebecca Lim Li Ching is the one person who are from Malaysia, if i didn't making a complaint i may can.t be able received my document from unitated kingdom ( uk ), this is an urgent document that i need to received within this three days, unfortunately today is number fourth days as well as my flight is on the number fourth day one o'clock in noon time and my class is start in 28th of febuary 2011, because i need to take a one day flight to arriving london and then for the document was important for me to study abroad such as student's offered letter, student visa letter, student enrollment letter, scholl bank detail form, fees payment invoice and ect, if i make a complaint in my local country, these all should be not take actions of the company central or staff either same the manager too, here was unsecurity privated and confidential event that have intrustions listing down at the anyone documents whose courier the someone thing from overseas to malaysia here, they able to peak and self opening the document also reading with some pay pal or money / or they are relationship in goverment's department powered if the one people that who we are knowingness, is unfair and i'm not satisfactions of their services, doesn't respect for both parties me and my school, i keep awaitting of the document moreover same like the school administration / assistant director responses, don't know still when i can receive the docement courier from uk to my hometown here malaysia, hope the uk director or general manager take this actions for this work services and so on .
