My trip manager originally told me I could fly out of my hometown and on the final payday told me I could not, that he had given me wrong information. The only communication ever received from our trip manager was our original welcome email. There was no further communication when our trip price increased, hotel changed (7 days before our scheduled leave date) and trip manager left the company.
We then got in contact with the manager of the company, but nothing changed. Every single time he told me he would call me, he never did and when I finally hunted him down he called me "hun" and "bud" and said he was to busy to call me when he was supposed to. They never did anything for us for the horrible experience we had.
