They had no problem charging $223.95 to my account but they can't call, email me, or send me my merchandise
I ordered a lace front wig on December 18, 2008. I paid, but didn't receive any merchandise. After leaving numerous messages for customer support, I called the sale department on February 2, 2009. A male answered, I told him that my problem and asked not to be connected to customers service because I didn't get an answer or a call back before, he transferred me to customer service AGAIN voice mail saying to leave a message which I did once again. I called back to the sales department, I asked this same person what was his name, his response "what is your name", I gave it to him. I then asked to speak to his supervisor or manager, his response "I don't have a supervisor". I again explained my situation, told him I need to talk to a live person, his response was "I can't help you". How can the company exist? They had no problem charging $223.95 to my account but they can't call, email me, or send me my merchandise.

never received my order
I ordered a wig from this company on 10/28/08. I was notified by email on 12/16/08, that my order was delayed because of some custom issues. I sent numerous emails, which were never answered. I have called their office many times and received voice mail. No one ever returned my calls. It is now 4/8/09 and I don't have the product that I purchased. I want all of my money back

July order not received
I purchased a wig from stylingwigs 7/19/2008 and have not received it. I have emailed customer service and called many many many times with no avail. I am out $421.00 and not sure which way to turn without filing a law suit. I called my credit card company to file a dispute as well. I am aware time frame may vary as indicated on styling wigs legal agreement page. However, I've had placed two separate custom orders from other websites since that time and have received them both. So should it really take stylingwigs this long? I even suggested by phone msg & email to subsitute my custom order with a stock wig, are those not available either? Why can't I contact styling wigs and why won't they return my phone calls and emails. Just want & need some answers. Very disappointed with stylingwigs. Paris
