i
ordered
2
cross
pens
at
a
very
good
price
using
my
debit
card.
on
12/17/2008
i
called
the
company
and
questioned
why
i
had
not
seen
a
charge.
on
12/18/2008
my
account
was
debited
$150.17.
aprox.
2
weeks
later
i
contacted
the
company
as
to
the
status
of
my
order
and
was
given
an
excuse
about
cross
being
closed
for
the
holidays.
on
1/29/2009
i
contacted
the
company
as
to
the
status
of
my
order
and
requested
a
refund.
on
1/29/2009
i
recieved
an
email
from
paul
roth
containing
the
following:
if
you
still
prefer
to
cancel, we
would
need
the
credit
card
number, exp.
date
and
billing
zip
code
you
used
when
you
placed
the
order
in
order
to
credit
your
account
i
was
to
send
this
by
email
i
suppose.
on
1/29/2009
i
replied
by
email
that
i
would
not
supply
my
financial
information
though
email
and
requested
a
refund
by
check
or
money
order
to
be
sent
by
mail.
on
2/23/2009
i
have
filed
this
complaint
having
recieved
neither
the
pens
nor
refund.
i
purchase
things
over
the
internet
on
a
regular
basis
and
have
never
experienced
another
transaction
like
this.
i
find
it
suspicious.
