I just want to warm other consumers so that you'll not be ripped off like us.

Out Subaru car had a bad AC. It was supposed to be fixed initially when it got first repaired about a year ago. We went there back and forth three (3) times, and yesterday was our forth.

For the first three times, we paid about 500.00 each time total of 1500.00.
What was the repair? They just replaced a bad O-ring.

Now, they said in the first three that nothing was wrong. Well, when we picked our car up, it was somewhat of a cold day, so I guess they just turned the fan on and there comes the cold air, because of the weather and not really from the AC.

For the forth time, we went there.
They said that we must pay about 950 bucks to repair the damm thing.

It still had the warrenty from last time, which they didn't even fix.

We told them that it still was in the warrenty period.

They said that it was a different problem, and they denied, so that we had to pay!

We didn't even trust Schaumburg Subaru anymore, so we put it into a different shop. But before that, they said that we(Subaru service guys) di a total check up of the car so we must pay hundred some dollars.

We asked for how much it would cost in the initial, but we didn't use that place because we don't want to and they just wants you to pay money for nothing we asked for.

They didn't give us the key back until we paid. What is with this company?
