When I went to Subhiksha on 12-04-2005 for purchase of certain items, and I was waiting for the billing to be done. There was absolutely no response from the staff there and I had to wait for 30 minutes running from pole to pillar to get the billing done.
All my efforts went waste, till I lost my temper and stated shouting, insisting for a better service. The people concerned may please note that a valuable consumer won't mind to spend some pennies extra to get a better service than facing mental agonies and waste of time in such irresponsible shops.
Hope the MD of Subiksha will look into this and instruct his staff to at least customer friendly.
