The owner sudha started her biz way back in 1996 and i was one of her first customers. at that time she would be baby sitting her little one and making airline reservations at the same time. i bought tickets from sudha travels several times, but in october 2001 when i approached her for tickets she was so rude and spoke with an atitude that was beyond recognition. that day i decided never to buy tickets from her again. the airline ticketing biz is competitive and people with attitudes have no place. over the years i was looking for ways to get back at sudha travels for that behavior and finally found this forum. dump that ravel agency for good, orbitz.com will give better service at perhaps $10-15 per tkt extra. and we dont have to hear insults or humilation.
