On Tuesday evening, 5/23/11, I arrived at 8pm. The bar tender, Marty asked me if I wanted a drink and I said "later". About an hour later, my friends arrived and she came over to our table and asked them if they wanted drinks but ignored me, inspite of me trying to get her attention. She brought drinks for everyone in the bar but me, so I went to the bar to order a diet coke. She said to me in a nasty tone, "I am busy serving other customers". I said in a polite tone, I'm not sure why you over looked me, but it appears that you are ignoring me for some reason. She raised her tone of voice and said, "From now on, it's a 2-drink minimum for you!' I asked her why, and she just continued to ignore me. Several friends and acquaintances and even people I didn't know attempted top buy me a drink. Even the Karaoke Host, Lenny approached the bar to try to sort it out. However Marty refused to serve drinks to anyone for me. Although she indicated it would be a two drink minimum for me from that point on, she refused to serve me! She then demanded me to leave, so I went outside to be with other friends outside. Patrons who were sitting outside, througout the night, attempted to go in and speak with her on my behalf; however she continued to refuse service to me. I frequent that bar a lot to sing karaoke, and because she refused to serve me, I was not permitted to sing any more. During the time I was outside the bar, every time she came out for a break to smoke a cigarette, she threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. There was absolutely no basis for this manner of treatment, refusing to serve me. I am always a good customer and everyone, including the Karaoke Host, Lenny, loved having me there, therefore I am mystified at this manner of treatment. There are several people who told me they plan on informing the Owner, Tim, of what happened, and I tried to call, however he is unreachable. My friends who were sitting at the table, left shortly after the incident began, as did other who witnessed this incident.
