Sugardaddyforme.com is a website bringing together older men of means with younger women. While the site itself lives up to what is expected, the company has zero customer service and consistently ignores any calls or emails regarding problems with the site or with billing. I have been a long time paid member. Recently my account access has been downgraded to that of a free membership despite the fact that the company has received my monthly payment of $39.90. I have placed 5 telephone calls (leaving voicemails) and have written 10 emails. (This is not an exageration.) Despite their promise to respond to all emails and customer service issues within 48 hours (which itself is an abysmal response time), they have not responded at all - totally ingnoring all communications. I have read on this site and on others the many complaints against this company, most of them involving fraudulent billing. I have pleaded with these people to simply provide me with the service for which I have paid and I still can't get a response. I can only assume then that all of the other fraud complaints are indeed accurate. I am both baffled by and extremely irritated by this company's attitude and treatment of their customers.

Just as others are saying this is a scam. I did the 3 day free trial and wanted to cancel, the phone numbers they provide don't even ring and all it does is goes to a voicemail.. there is never an online chat helper and all of the emails I have tried get no reply back. This girl Kasaundra that is posting on here that she will help is lying as well. I tried to email her for help and she never replied either. I have contacted my bank and closed my account and also contacted the BBB who is looking in to removing this site.

It is run by Russian individuals who do no respond to emails and there is no phone contanct. Cancelling your account is not an option. They continued to bill me for several months after I emailed them to cancel. Furthermore several fraudulent electronics purchases were made with my card after I signed up with them. I'm a security aware indididual and have never experienced idnentity theft after years of online shopping. However, weeks after signing up with sugardaddyforme.com my cc was being used by fraudster all of the net. It's just speculation that the sell your credit card information, but it's fact that their customer service does not exist and THEY WILL FRAUDULENTLY BILL YOU EVEN IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL.
