Today (aprl 25, 2011) i came for the first time to just nail trim for my dog. What happen is, after done, they not told me that his nail is cut too short and bleed before. We dont know until we took my dog home and i notice the blood is everywhere in the carpet. So i return there and talk with the manager of that store her name is AMANDA. She even not said sory, she said that the mistake is my dog that too hyper !!!
SHe even talk very rude to my mom, and no word of SORY from her that that hospital ruins my dog nails!!!
My mom told her that you should responsible with this!! And put a band to my dog.
After my mom said that she think my dog need put a bandaid so the blood is not everywhere anymore, they dont want do it, just put the alcohol, but my mom told her that they need to put the bandaid so the blood is not everywhere. They should know better rather than my mom.
I said to AMAN DA that i really dissapoint and she said "OH ok I will give your money back" I told her not because of the money, but yes u should give me a money back. Your company is very bad Costumer Service especially she as the manager of that hospital??? Really??
I told her that i never had experiences before that cut nails of my dog so short bleed so bad like they did . And especially really makes me upset because this manager is not acknowlege her mistake and told me that mistake is in my dog!!! This place is really im not recommend the people to bring their pets to kind of this hospital. It's just a nail trims and they do a bad job!!! DO u want to trust kind of this place for your pets ?? NO WAY !!!
