Sullens & Euchner one of the new property Managers for both the Edge and Venu at Greyhawk have hired a staff full of incompetent and rude individuals. Make sure you keep copies of EVERYTHING! They took our deposits in cashiers checks and then made us wait eight days to move in. The weekend we moved in, they changed their story three times concerning our parking assignments, never gave us our passkeys for ammenties access and after numerous phone calls to both the local and corporate offices, we finally met the Manager, Jennifer Sullens, who said she never received any of our messages. Three weeks later they had the nerve to slip a five day eviction notice for non-payment of rent under our door that was dated two days earlier. I addressed the issues directly the next morning with on-site Manager Jennifer Sullens
and stated that we had paid in full, she knew it was a mistake and said nothing. No sorry about what happened, NOTHING! she was rude and walk away from me as she slithered back to her office like a snake with no apology.
There are other companies that will be a better choice, stay away from these morons.
