On February 9th 2010 I upgraded my cell phone contract and according to the Summer Mobile consultant, the new handsets would be delivered to me in a max of 10 working days and someone would call me 24 hours before delivery.
Guess what it's day 10 and nothing was delivered. I called them was on hold for 17 minutes before speaking to Lolo who could not confirm when the handsets would be delivered.
All she could say is 'they' whoever they is told them that the handsets would be delivered sometime this week.
I you ask me, this service stinks. Don't tell customers to expect something if it cannot be done and if it cannot be done, call them and let them know.
