Landlord very rude about maintenance issues. Wants to blame any issues on tenant. Also threatened tenant to move out if not happy with the way he conducts business. Issues beyond control of tenant. Some issues caused by other tenants. Air conditioning went out and landlord made tenant wait 5 days before even coming out to look at the problem. This was during 90 degree or higher days. Tenant has small children and a pet that suffered thru the heat until air repaired. Tenant has had air issues from the first month moved in .Also kitchen faucet had to be replaced, dishwasher replaced, Bi- fold doors fell off hinges, dryer vent was filling up with water.The development is now in foreclosure. Lots are over grown with weeds which attract snakes & rodents. Landlords lawn maintenance crew only cut lots in which people live in and spray weed killer around the 3 ponds on development in turn killing any wildlife living in these ponds. I recommend not doing any business with summer park homes.
