upon arrival at the sun palace (Sept.18) we were told we were being upgraded to a presidential suite from our junior suite. We were put with 2 other people in the suite, when we complained we were told they were full.We decided to make due so we were stuck in the small part of the suite(106). The first night i took a shower as i was rinsing off i touched the ceiling and recieved an electrical shock. I went down and complained to the front desk and they said they would send someone up.After the following day and 3 more complaints they finally sent someone to fix it. The first thing he did was touch the wet ceiling and receive a shock. I think he must have just disconnected power because the light didnt work the rest of the time.This was our third stay at a palace resort so we were surprised by the problems we had. This could have been a major disaster if i would have been killed.I just hope the next person that gets that room doesnt get electricuted..i am going to write the palce resorts in miami with this also...thanks for your help..
