Sunday Media Sucks!!! When we went to hire them, they made us file out a 45 page questionaire (not even joking) about what we wanted our site to look at and the design to be like. We even submitted a 22 slide ppt presentation of what we wanted the sight to look like with examples and how we wanted it to function on the back end.

6 months later, our project still has not been completed. Sunday Media promised us it would be done in 1.5 months. We finally were forced to pay John Small off to get access to the back end of the site so that we could hire a new developer. The guy was easily accessible until we gave him a retainer. After that John Small was unreachable. He would take days to respond to emails and he would never pick up the phone. He was terrible. The site looks good, but customers cannot checkout if using Internet Explorer - the widest used search browser in the world! We wanted to buy domestic, but we found out later that he was farming the work out to middle eastern companies. We were very disappointed with him and his lack of service and responsibility to his customer.

On top of things, the security of our site is being threatened. Someone keeps logging in and we have changed passwords numerous times on everything. We are now being forced to start the project over and hire a new designer to start from scratch again. This is a terrible thing and we are very upset over the situation. Sunday Media and John Smaller is the worst company/contractor I have ever contracted.
