The complaint from tammygirl and the comment from A person that this attorney should be disbarred is only too true!

She is even worse than the complaint and comment indicate!!! Sunita told us in front of the chapter 7 hearing room that our case was closed successfully and we did not even have to come in front of the Trustee that time or ever again. We could not believe that and asked her to go back inside to "check the Trustee’s paperwork". She came back two minutes later with the confirmation that yes, indeed our case was successfully closed and we could go home. Guess what, 3 weeks later we find out that this is far from being true! Of course we now are having serious problems with the Trustee.. Oh, and her secretary told us that Sunita could not help us finding out what was going on unless we make an official appointment with her. We left a voice mail on her cell and office phone but she did not even bother to return our call. Now thanks to Ms. Sood, we are dealing with a Trustee who suspects we are trying to delay and/or hide things!
