The following presents the details of my complaint to SUNLAND HOME DECOR .
I placed this order on Dec 9th.
Both the SUNLAND HOME DECOR online catalog and their email confirmation indicated the items in question WERE in stock and WOULD ship in two days via QD--quick delivery.
Two days ago their customer service rep assured me these items would ship THAT day.
Today their customer service rep gave me a UPS tracking (I had to call to ask for it) that UPS does NOT recognize, which means (if it's valid) the items NOT shipped or have yet to reach the initial pick-up terminal.
When I called the C/S rep back to cancel the transaction, the number rang indefinitely--a coincidence, I'm sure--before I finally gave up.
This entire transaction was handled SHODDILY by SUNLAND HOME DECOR. I do NOT appreciate being lured by false online promises into making a purchase only to receive blatant MISS-information from their customer service in response to my inquiries.
In my opinion, SUNLAND HOME DECOR had the chance to "make this right" three times--when the order was placed, when I called two days ago (by telling me the truth whatever it was at the time), and by apologizing today and again telling the truth.
Be forewarned before you order from SUNLAND HOME DECOR.
