If dirty streaky windows are what you expect after paying professional rates to have them cleaned, then by all means, hire this company. If you like being yelled at by the workmen, then this is the company for you!
After being told they were finished, I inspected the work, only to find dirt and streaks on the first few windows I looked at. Yelling and shouting at his crew, the job leader was also yelling at me and telling me I was too picky.
The crew also left dirty ladder marks on the side of my house, and when I pointed it out, shouted and screamed at one another, and then tried to wipe it off with a filthy rag. I provided them warm soapy water and a clean cloth, and it came off (mostly).
Hours after they said they were done, I finally gave up and paid them to leave. I can hardly believe I paid for their incompetance.
It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had while paying close to a thousand dollars for a professional service. Never again.
