Well, Sunny Sports Inc (Global Marketing/ScooterDepot...or whatever it is this week) along with Lei (Lie) Lu and Amy Barnes have been caught lying to the Hardin County Small Claims Court in Elizabethtown, KY.

Sunny Sports Inc have already paid me the $94.00 for Court Costs they failed to show up on 6 July 2010. I will be posting a copy of the check from them to me.

We are now set for Small Claims Court on 12 October 2010 at 10:00 for $1, 500.00. This is for STORAGE CHARGES that I sent them a certified letter back in February 2010. According to the Judge's Order - Kentucky state law states a Corporation or LLC MUST be represented by an Attorney in our great state!!! Let them go ahead and NO SHOW on 12 Oct 10 after they initially told the Judge they were not aware of the court date of 6 July 2010. The Judge reprimanded them stating that the California Secretary of State DID notify them on 14 June 2010 at about 11:00 AM!! They got caught lying to the court system.

Bottom line for all honest consumers being RIPPED OFF by this "company", send them a REGISTERED LETTER DEMANDING a full refund and only use a Visa/Mastercard to do a "ChargeBack". I have my monies AND their cheap GoKart - they need to go to court - lose - and then pay my $1500.00 storage charges for their GoKart. They can then pick up their GoKart. Failure to resolve this issue will result in further Legal Action against this business. Not Angry - just using the Legal System as an Honest Consumer against a morally bankrupt "company".
