I recieved a trike i that i paid almost $3, 000 for itand I could not register it..besides that, the moped made alot of weird vibrations while at an intersection..the rear and front tires have bubbles on them clearly defective but yet the refused to send me a replacement tire...interesting enough..I spoke to the DMV in New Jersey and they told me they cannot legally sell me this vehicle because the manufacurer is not listed on their list of registerable brands..I have returned the moped to them and obtained my money back after 3 months of trying to get this issue resolved. What makes me really upset is that they think customer's are stupid..i called and called many times until i was able to get someone to help me..a lady name Tiffany in shipping took my call and had no idea what i was talking about when i told her i could not register the moped..after talking to ivy on many occasions..i decided to put a stop payment on the account that i paid when i made the order..they made a mistake when they sent out my mso.
#1 they sent me a blank MCO in the box not filled out by the manufacturer when i went to the DMV they told me it's Illegal for the person that sold me the vehicle to send a blank document
#2 they sent me a new MCO that i also took to the DMV and the make and year was different than the one they gave me before clearily being illegal..they are not supposed to fill out the MCO themselves..the manufacturer is going to have to do that for them..
When buying from this company be ware as they do NOT explain to you that:
*mopeds do not come with instructions manual
*mopeds are 90% damaged upon delivery at least thats what the transport company told me when they delivered this moped to me
*this company does not cover any labor costs for repairs..they DO NOT carry parts for their trikes as they say they say they do on their website..
*company has no CEO.. if you have a complaint..you are passed around to 5 different people before anyone cares to help you..
*You may want to get a good service provider for your cell phone because they will put you on hold for long periods of time before telling you that their techs and parts are either gone home for the day or they are on lunch..
*The highest person in the company being Amy Barnes DOES NOT reply to email request from customers for complaints. I threatened to have my lawyer call her and she told me that her company has lawyers too just like that which i found to be really rude.
All i have to say is, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...
