Every single time I have had to interact with the nurse, she has been very sarcastic and rude and vindictive with me. Anything provokes her and she goes into verbal attack mode.
Yesterday, I attended the meeting to update the service plan for my dad. In the presence of the coordinator, she continued to be very agitated, angry and sarcastic about simple concerns about planning for my father. Every issue I raised got twisted into a perceived personal attack on her. It was soo hard to get the info I needed and keep the focus on my dad.
Except for the nurse, my dad loves it there. It is a great place to consider. His suite is lovely-nice view, plenty of heat, very homey. The caregivers and everyone else are wonderful, open, friendly, warm, loving and capable, responsive- every single one of them but the nurse's aggressiveness seems to go unchecked.
I'm wondering why this is so blatant and is allowed to continue and I plan to complain also to their corporate headquarters. I've given her the benefit of the doubt for too long and I'm worried about the other residents who may not have family to advocate for them.
