43 people arrived at Airport and waited almost 3 hours to be picked up and transferred to hotel 10 minutes away. John E Goodson never even picked us up. The hotel shuttle came for us in two lots. Whilst checking in I had a man come and ask me if he knew who John Goodson was and I said I think that's him. He was applying for the position of tour guide for the tour of San Francisco. He hadn't even booked the tour guide for tomorrows tour. I said to the guy I will see you tomorrow and he said I haven't got the position yet. He never did. We then were feed 15 pizzas for tea after traveling 24 hours, in the lobby of the hotel. Air conditioned tour coach was a ford transit van and an old 26 seat tour coach watch that wheel arch seat. We were split in two groups for almost a week. The 26 seat coach broke down in the middle of the Nevada desert due to overheating and we had no air conditioning. This man had nothing organized or booked. He drove the mini van or coach and talked on the cell phone organizing tours and guides. Meals were very substandard but the rooms were adequate. John Goodson talked to his wife Teri L Goodson on the phone all the time and I presume she was organizing places to take us. By the time we got to Las Vegas he had another coach coming. It was ancient and we sat in the lobby of the hotel for 7 hours waiting for this new coach to arrive whilst he was seen playing the slot machines. The new coach was dirty and took the hostess two hours to clean it and 4 garbage bags of trash was emptied out. Waiting was a regular thing with Johns tours.We waited whilst he got fuel, water, snacks and breakdowns, car park tours. This bus overheated and did a hose at midnight whilst on the way to the Grand Canyon. We never made it to our accommodation at the North Rim which we had paid for and lucky for him 23 rooms were available at a motel where we broke down. He then drove down the Zion National Park in and out of gear. This road is a Zig Zag and he had the bus out of gear. The checks he wrote for services provide were made of rubber also. This man promised goods and services that were either never received or were exaggerated and misleading.
