Last year I signed up for voip phone service over the internet.
It was 199.00 for 1 yr. After they hooked us up and everything was started, we would have issues
occassionally like echos or no service at all. My wife kept wanting me to switch back but I said give time.
Well after a couple months, we both had enough. So I tried several times to cancel and finally got someone to
answer the call and get the cancellation started. This was about 3 months from first starting the service.
It took them another 2 months to release my number so SBC could hook us up again.Finally I was told over the phone that I would only get
a refund of about 120.00 which I felt I should have received a full refund because of terrible service but agreed. I then received an e-mail
stating the refund was going to be about 82.00! This was less than half of the 199.00 and I only used the service for about 3 months+.
So figuring 4 months to be safe, (4-12=1-3 =132.66) Now I'm still getting the run around about the refund. I will never reccomend this company to
ANYONE!
