I hired them to build me a sunroom, I signed contract in Oct, and down payment paid 30% Nov 7, 2007. Make first payment on Jan 23, 2008 another 50% they start to build deck, April 2008 room still not complete.

This company hires sub contractors.

What a nightmare - ceiling leaked, some window didn't work well, put screw with head's sticking out on floor, worker show up when ever they feel like it.

My sunroom was already being build when I heard other complain about leaking roof.

They said easy job and it should have been, what a nightmare!!
