My moms 80 th birthday was dec 9th. I ordered flowers through teleflora and they used this company to provide them. bad news! they delivered the wrong flowers and a lot of bad attitude. we ordered orchid's and they sent carnations. what they sent died the next morning. my mom called and they replaced the dead flowers. we had my mom sent us a photo of what she got. we found out it was not what we ordered. looked to me like sunshine sent an old arrangement from a funeral that was disguared several days before. When we complained to teleflora about the problem they sent a request to have sunshine replace the incorrect arrangement with the correct one, a person from sunshine called my mom and told them we sent a cheap arrangement (untrue) we sent the premium one. sunshine said they had no money to send the correct flowers. I could not believe what I had herd that was told to my mom. flowers should be fun and sunshine took the joy out of it. please do not use this company if you want the recipient to be happy.
