This company sucks! They are running a scam on customers. I rented a car in September 2010 for one day and brought the car back as scheduled. MORE than THREE (3) months later, that is in January 2011, I received a letter from Vengroff, Williams & Associates, Inc. stating that I have had an unpaid toll violations and that as a result of that they I "have been automatically enrolled in the Pass 24 prepaid toll program abd charged applicable toll service and administrative fees".

They charged me $5.45/day +$30.00/day administrative charge. So, they request payment of $35.95 without providing ANY evidence of the alleged toll violation nor the fees they paid for it. Worse, not only I had decline their prepaid toll program at the time of the rental but they had not even forwarded to me any notice of the alleged toll violation before stating that I have an "unpaid" toll violation! I would have understood if the rental company had sent me the notice the alleged toll violation (even to charge administrative fees for that).

In conclusion, they are a bunch of bastards! Stay away.
