The worst experience imaginable. Sunshine markets themselves as a full service moving company yet in reality they are just a broker that quotes you a price and then outsources your job to a low cost moving co. As a result, the service is impossible. The outsourced mover will then try to nail you on all sorts of additional charges that you have no control over..Upon complaining to Sunshine, you get nothing in return including no call backs, no help, and there is no manager to talk to...it is the biggest scam i have ever been exposed to and the worst experience i have ever had..The girl who sells you on the job, Haley, comes off as this nice sweet girl..Once all these problems surface, and trust me there are many, she is nowhere to be found and there is no manager to talk to...

No call backs, nothing. I was forced to negotiate an extra $350 charge that they were trying to nail me for with the local dispatcher who barely spoke English...it took over 4 days of back and forth..pure and utter torture..The move itself was a nightmare..they showed up 5 hours late and barely spoke any English...I will do everything possible to make sure others do not make the same mistake I do...The company should be investigated ASAP as they are falsely advertising as their website says they are a full service moving company whereas in reality it is broker who could care less about you once your credit card goes thru...I hope they go out of business and everyone working there gets thrown in jail...
