Hello,

My name is Razvan Dobre and I between 12 to 19 June 2010, I went on holiday to Turkey at Kusadasi (Ephesia Holiday Beach Club), with my wife and my little daughter. That was an all inclusive holiday bought from an agency in Romania. Everything went very well, holiday itself was a total success but one thing terribly disappointed me and it was linked to an optional excursion bought in Turkey from Suntimes Tour. Below, we relate in detail the experience:

We were taken from Bodrum Airport to the hotel by an romanian agent of Suntimes Tour, Mrs Geta (phone +905492216624).
At the hotel I received an envelope with the list of optional tours (see here: http://picasaweb.google.com/Razvan.M.Dobre/Diverse#5486390679989507730). I was invited to a meeting, for the day after, with a Suntimes agent to pay for any tours we chose. Incidentally, the same lady came, Mrs Geta which led us to the airport and hotel.
From the tours list, we chose Adaland Seapark which was described this way: "Be a part in our marine mammals' life, touch them and live this unforgettable experience for the whole day! Spoil yourself in this tropical gateway. Lunch is included."
The price was 43 euros per person, free of charge for my daughter, because of age. Ms. Geta told me also that by paying the entry to Seapark, we are able to enter also to Aquapark, a different section of Adaland with water slides and other amusements.
I paid the tour on June 13 for taking place on June 18.
On the morning of June 18, after a short delay, a bus took us from the hotel to Adaland. The driver told us that we wold meet at 18 for returning to the hotel.
After we went to Seapark, we received snorkeling equipment for two adults and one child. We have received a short verbal presentation and we found out, on this occasion, as swimming with dolphins is not included in ticket price and it is 80 euros per person, regardless of age. Thus, the opportunity to spend there a full day, were limited to:
- Snorkeling in an aquarium with some rocks, corals and multicolor fishes.
- Feeding some rays at certain times
- Watching around 6 aquarium at the entrance
- Watching the two baby crocodile

Also, I discovered that lunch is not included at all, being suggested to pay for it and then to try getting back the money from Suntimes.
More than this, the transfer to Aquapark would cost 20 EUR per person.
I called the lady who sold us the trip (Mrs Geta) and asked what happened. She told me she was sorry, it was a mess, the conditions were different last yearlast year but, unfortunately, we were not able to get back our money. I told her that it was not acceptable and we needed a solution. She asked me to let her call the agency to see what she could do. I didn't receive any answer in 30 minutes and I called Mrs. Geta again but I font her phone closed.
The time was 12PM, we already saw everything in the park and because it was useless to wait until 6PM, I decided to go back to the hotel by public transport (Dolmus).
Later, at 1:30PM, I received an SMS from Ms. Geta when she announced me that only thing we could do is to pass to the Aquapark for 10 euros per person (instead of 20).
