I, too have been had by these people. I did order their product on 11/14/09 for a a risk free trial for 17 days, but I NEVER recevied the product. I called on the 17th day (12/1/09), told them I had never recevied it, nor did I want it at that point. The rep told me my account was now cancelled at my request and I would not be charged anything from that point forward. the very next morning (12/2/09), that infamous $79.62 was placed on hold in my account. so, I called back. that rep told me that the hold would "fall off", but it wouldn't charge to my account since my account was cancelled. Then, on 12/4/09 it was actually charged to my account. Now, I was livid!!1 I called again, I was told to fax a copy of my statement showing the charge since it was not showing to be charged on their end since my account was cancelled. So, I faxed what they asked for, but never got the call I was promised. So, I called again on 12/7/09, spoke to a rep, demanded a "supervisor", and spoke to another rep who promised my a refund within 5-7 business days. Something told me to check up on it, so I called again on 12/11/09, and of course that rep said she saw no indication of the refund, but that she was going to put it in again, and give it another 5-7 business days.
Isn't there anyone out there that can do something about this? How can they hold you responsible for something you never received, and you have done everything they have told you to do? Someone needs to stop them!
