I got an email about this Acaci Berry "wonder" product. I am in the health & fitness industry so i decided to check it out for the cost of $1.99. My stupid mistake. I think I took it once or twice. A couple weeks later I got an unauthorized charge on my account for $79.62. I promptly called the company. After the robotic person blamed me for not canceling the product? ( I had no idea what he was talking about) He gave me the return address, the # and told me to send back the unused portion. I did & had it delivered w/ confirmation ( i was already losing faith). Weeks go by & charge is still there. I call & 1st they don't have a record of the return. Second call w/ tracking confirmation number & they say it's been to long (1st time someone mentioned a time frame). I asked to speak to a supervisor ( on hold 10mins.). The supervisor tells me it is past the 30 day policy so no refund ( & he hangs up on me). I call again, same treatment. So I've been charged $79.62 + the $5.05 I spent to ship it back with no restitution in site. I am mad, this company is scandalous & I feel stupid for ever even looking at this site. Do not ever use this company!

This company charged my debit card for an unauthorized amount of $79.62- I have never heard of this company and did not order any product from them. When I googled the name Sup WeightMax (which is the name showing on my checking account transaction), I saw reports of fraud- many others who were charged the exact same amount. This company needs to be shut down!
