I am very very hacked off with being scammed by SUP WORLDFIT - I stupidly sent off for a free trial of Premium Tooth Whitener - but when I then went back to check the small print it said I had been subscribed to them for a monthly fee. I then sent back the product immediately and was promised my subscription was cancelled.

However, they didn't tell me I would be charged monthly by SUP WORLDFIT and I have just had about £15 taken off my credit card which threw me over my Credit limit so they charged me £12.00 for this so I am now out of pocket for £27. Also, the UK number I was given, actually goes out to the USA so I have to now wait until their offices open so I can TRY and cancel this dammed amount.

I ordered a free sample of a teeth whitening product on the internet, just had to pay shipping with my debit card. They also had a split company that had 2 parts of the teeth whitening formula, so I unwittingly subscribed to both parts of the scam. I received it and it was substandard so I cancelled it on the internet before 10/13/2009 (their cutoff date spelled out in the receipt of the product, not upon the actual order) and was accepted and my computer instantly got a virus at that moment putting it out of action for more than a week, which I suspect was introduced by them, but have no proof as my computer was rendered inoperable. Then on 10/26/2009 I was charged $87.62 by 424500 pristinehealth. I called them and told them I cancelled and was informed on the internet that I was cancelled but got virused when I was trying to print out the cancellation notice. They told me too bad, not our fault, I didn't return the shoddy product and I had no proof of a cancellation. I told them to cancel me then and don't charge me again. Then on 11/06/2009 I got a charge of $24.82 from 424500 accessmember. Then on 12/4/2009 I got a charge of $86.93 from 433239 SUP SMILEBRIGHT. Then on 12/10/2009 I got a charge of $24.13 from 433239 SUP WORLDFIT. These fraudulent perpetrators are obviously changing names and account numbers to elude the authorities and to scam people, like me. This is dishonest that they misled people by not telling them in advance of the conditions of the contract and ipso de facto holding their customers to a contract never agreed to and in effect stealing their customers bank accounts. I would like those charges returned to my account.
