The manager of this hotel has not business being in the customer service field she was rude blew me off when I complained about the noise and told me it was just the way things were at that hotel. Never apologized. The place was very very noisy kids running up and down the halls until around midnight. The adults talking loudly in the early am both mornings (4am). Also the manager would not give me the rate quoted by another worker. She charged me higher rate. She was not friend even when I checked in. The bed was hard. Breakfast consisted of hard stale muffins 2oz cups for juice and cereal. No a very good selection. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
