When I pulled into the bay, the techs working there kind of ignored me and didn't even ask what services I wanted-- I had to deliberately tell them oil change only, no frills-- but the truly horrifying part was when I sat back down in the seat after it was done. The driver's seat was soaking wet-- with SWEAT. When I told one of the techs about it, he grabbed a DIRTY towel and started kind of half-heartedly dabbing at the seat with it, then wandered off. The seat was still wet, of course-- it looked and felt like someone had just dumped a cupful of liquid all over the back, side and seat area. When I figured out what it was I was horrified and disgusted. I know it's summer in Alabama but this is inexcusable. It should be standard procedure to protect the seats from things like oil and grease and least of all massive sweat stains! I have photographs and a short video of the clearly visible stains-- Waiting to hear back from their corporate office right now.
