i've never written a review before on any site, but my experience there today was so horrible i hope to warn others against patronizing this place.

i think a bullet list would be easier to write and read. enjoy:

* i waited an hour and a half.
* They are very impolite, they don't speak English to customers, if customers complaining about waiting time or service
* they told everyone the wait would be 30 minutes
there were 6(!) kids screaming and crying while we waited (two other women just left - this was not their fault, but did not help the overall experience.)
* after i waited an hour and a half, the woman rushed through my pedicure (did a horrible job) in 10 minutes
* as she started my manicure, she clipped two of my cuticles - which bled so much she couldn't finish the manicure
* my nails were ALL uneven and chipped even after she was "done" filing
* she then went to charge me for both the manicure and the pedicure (after the second cuticle started bleeding, i told her i was done)
*she then charged me $30 for a 10-minute pedicure and a 1.5 hour wait.

i'm calling my card company tomorrow to reverse the charge. this place is ridiculously close to my house and i won't go back. my stupid cuticles are still bleeding and hurt.

i think after the wait and the blood - maybe they could have been a little nicer. and to charge my full price is ridiculous. i'm just hoping i don't end up with some crappy fungus to boot. it would figure, right?
