I started the process of ordering a free sample tube of teeth whitener. Before I finished the process I decided not to do it. (Because of something like this happening. ) I left the screen and I know I did not finish the process of ordering this. A few days later I received a sample tube but did not think much about it until I received a $86.93 charge on my credit card the following month. I called and told them that I did not order it, and why was I getting a charge for $86.93. She told me that after 14 days that a monthly shipment would be sent to me every month. She told me I should have received a shipment on Dec. 1, 2009. I never received anything. She also told me that I had another shipment sent out today and that I could return it but I could not return the first one.

This kind of thing should be unlawful and since you know the company that is doing this, why can something not be done. Who protects our rights in a case like this? I assume from the ads that I am not the first one this company has ripped off!
