Dear Sir

I have purchsed Superspelender on12/4/02008 from Yuva Motors Faridabad. Last month I gave my bike for service to Shiva Motors Tigaun Road Ballbhgarh . After Service I found that bike is not taking accelator . I complaint to the Authorised service centre and the Told me that its cluch plates are nurnt . They replaced the palates and I paid the bill of Approx Rs1210/

After four five days I found the bike is getting heated very much . I again went to them and asked to check it . But they Simply loosened the cluch wire and said its Ok .
After Two weeks again the same problemrepeated and cluch plates burnt again within month

They again replace the plates and charged again 1180. When I complaint to The Owner of service centre he had not heard the complaint.

So I want that strict actio should be taken against Shiva Motors Authorised Service Center Ballabhgarh -Haryana . Why should we visit the authorise service centres only if we are unable to get the satisfaction and proper care.
