MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN ENGINE

I PURCHASED A BIKE FROM MATORIA MOTORS, SIKAR (RAJ.)
A SUPER SPLENDOR WHICH CHASSIS NO. 07KAEF03726 ON DATE 17/11/2007. IN THIS BIKE A MANUFACTURING DEFECT IS OCCURS THAT IS A CRACKING SOUND COMES FROM ENGINE. THE RESPONSE FROM YOUR DEALER YET NEGLIGIBLE AND CANNOT ABLE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. IF MY PROBLEM CANNOT RESOLVE WITH IN 7 DAYS I SHALL TO GO IN CONSUMER COURT FOR THE JUSTICE.

Poor quality product!

I have bought a Super Slpendor bike from Classic Automobiles ,one of the sub dealers of Unique automobiles, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. It was sold to me in improper condition with a promise of replacing bad parts within four days but still, after 3 (three) months, I haven't got my bikes parts changed.
