Rip me off to the tune of $6000 for a steel building
I ordered a 37X45 steel building from them, put up deposits required by them and no notice and they sent me a check refund for $90 and a letter stating they were out of business a few week s after i ask them to deliver my building materials! then abt a month latter i got a call from some outfit claiming they were to fabracate the material and never received the mony from Supper steel and wanted to lnow if I still wanted my building! But would have to pay for it all over agin! Yea right my thinking is they are in choots! Got same run around from AG in Florida! filed with the US AG and have heard nothing from them Stole $6000 from me! No one will do anything abt it, but you let me and they'd put me in Jail! It is Wire Fraud and none wants to prosacute them for it!

Super Steel SUCKS
I too was taken for $5, 500.00 !! I contacted my bank that I wrote the checks on and was told the checks were cashed at Bank of America and deposited in the acct.#898001200587 but thats all they could do!!! My banker suggested that I call Bank Of America fraud dept. This did no good!! They wouldn't give me any info!! Remember that crooks also have privacey rights!!! I noticed in several of these complaints that tthe attorney general of Fl. was of no help!!! There was also a e-mail from the attorney general office that Super Steel Building told them that they notified all customers in June of 2010 by way of mail that the plant was closing!!! I never got such a notice!! The hell with a notice !! How about sending me my $5, 500.00 bucks back!! So it seems to me that the attorney general office has had direct contact with these creeps and they aren't going to do anything about it either!! If you go to the FBI web site which is WWW.IC3.GOV there is a form to fill out to report this. FBI told me that there has to be a certain amount of money envolved in before they will even look at it. I understand this!! I looked tonight and there are 53 complaints on these jerks that have been complained to and still there has been nothing done!! So do me and everyone else involved and take the time to report the way the FBI want's it done by way of their web site!! It will take a little time to fill it out but I know my time means nothing to me when it comes to catch these SORRY SOB'S!!! I want my money back and wouldn't mind a piece of their ass!!! If you get the site up and have a problem with it I also have a number to call and was given immediate help in filing my claim. LET'S GET EM Jim from Louisa Va.

I found the Engineer of my plains here and emailed him, he says his named was used without his consent... Check your plains and see if "jalal ketabi " is the engineer on them... U can look on your states web sites and see if he is a registered engineer for your state. I am trying " eyewitness news "to see if they will pick up on this.

Fraud
Our Church ordered a building payin $12, 000 down and never got anything but bogus prints to mark for windows and door openings. This company runs a scam and should be prosocuted in a class action suit. Everyone needs to file a complaint with the Florida Attorny Gerneral and force action on this group of people.
