$54.95 charge on account

I bought a sample of their product and was charged .99 cents for it thinking it was the sample price. Turns out it is a 14 day trial with you having to cancel the item with in that time if not you will have to pay the total price of $54.95 but when you order they do not tellyou that you are only paying for the shipping. What a rip off this is and I haven't even used the product yet. I called the company and asked for my money back and this was what they told me and they said that when they shipped it out it came with instructions and explained the 14 day trail period but nothing was in the box that came to me but the sample. This is so wrong.

debit card charged and shouldnt have been

I ordered on line a kit for teeth whitening and received it and was not satisfied with it and returned it the next day. This company then charged my account 86.52 and made my account overdraw. I called them and they continually told me they had already credited my account back which they hadnt and were very rude to me and said there was nothing they could do. This has made my account overdraw and I am on Social Security and dont know what else to do. I have since cancelled my debit card so they cant charge anymore on it. Please help me with this.
