DO NOT give these charlitans any of your money!
Nearly two years ago (Mar. '09), I purchased approx. $47, 000 worth of gold and silver coins (my entire life savings). I have yet to recieve a single coin! I have been calling for years and they refuse to give me my money back or to buy my coins. I have left numerous e-mail and phone messages to Andrew Jackson, Precious Metals IRA Department Manager - with absolutely NO RESPONSE.

I have called the Santa Monica Police Dept., the Santa Monica City Attourney, a private attourney, the Securities and Exchange Commision and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. All, to a tee, all have told me there is nothing I can do. I even turned this information into the local CBS affiliate in Los Angeles. NO ONE will help.

PLEASE save yourself some heartache and DO NOT give these charlitans any of your money!

They took my IRA money!
I too invested a large sum of money with this company and have yet to have my order filled. I have made many, many phone calls with no satisfactory results. I even tried to set up an appointment to meet with someone in person while I was in California and could not get this done. You just get the run around from anyone you talk to. How do they train these people to lie to customers who call to find out about their accounts?? I have contacted the FBI, the Sec. of State in Calif., the Atty. General's office in Texas and Calif. and the Commodities, Futures and Trading Commission. A nice man at this organizatin told me what information to send him and he would forward it all to the FTC. He also said he had heard there is a class action suit being filed. Does anyone know the law firm that is filing the class action suit?? If so, please post it. The crazy thing is these people are still in business and bilking new customers every day! How does that happen?

illegal practices, stealing from customers
Our experience is the same as everyone else's. We ordered gold and silver American Eagle coins and once they received our money all contact with them stopped once the date came and went when we were suppose to receive our order. They are the worst type of criminals. Bruce Sands and co. are evil. They hide behind a "fake" Christian doctrine to try to gain your trust. I don't know about anyone else but when we were ordering they would always say "God Bless" or "Blessings" or even "we are a company that stands behind Christian morals" and then turn around and robbed us blind. I recommend that everyone check with your state and see if they are even licensed to do business where you live. If they aren't [they aren't in our state], your Attorney General's office will go after them. You need to fight theses people with everything you've got. Call the Securities Exchange Commission. I did but they said there hadn't been enough complaints for them to do anything about it. Contact your state Senator; we did and she is going to check into it. Really fight! Don't let them win and steal your money. Even if we don't get our money back, we can see that they are put in prison. Personally, I would love to see that happen.
Good Luck to everyone.

Loss of IRA funds
I invested a large sum of monies from my 401k account with Superior Gold Group last Sept. 2009. I have since been hoodwinked and cannot retrieve my funds from Superior Gold Group and/or GoldStar Trust Company in Canyon, TX. I have been given the runaround by both companies regarding my original investment and they refuse to cooperate with me, my investment banker or my gold dealer here in Pittsburgh. I should have made a substantial increase in my original investment based on gold prices increasing over this past year and yet I cannot get a straight answer from anyone regarding the true value of my account at this time. I have been sending emails and requesting assistance for many months but to no avail. It has become quite apparent that this transaction was done with an unscrupulous intention to literally take my money and not give me what I originally purchased in terms of gold and silver. No one wants to talk to me, my banker or my gold dealer and we have all made numerous attempts to call both companies requesting the value of my account and what is necessary for me to retrieve my original investment, let alone what I should have accrued over this past year. I have since found a lawfirm (Craft Hughes, P.C.) who is planning to file a class action suit against Superior Gold Group in the next month and I have requested to become a part of this lawsuit as soon as possible.

ripoff
March, 2009: Superior Gold Group ripped off my $5, 500 401(k). They directed me to send my 401(k) to Sterling "Trust" Company to convert the 401(k) into an IRA. Both companies helped themselves to several hundred dollars in fees. Sterling "Trust" even bills me an annual fee even though they report they do not have my money. If I refuse to pay this fee they promise to ruin my credit. Sound like a scam?
PLEASE tell me there is some way to get my money back?
