Consumer contracted this company for roofing and siding services.

Roofing: Used subcontractors without first informing the consumer. The roofers caused damage to the windows and skylights on the house. The roofing subcontractors were not insured for roofing operations. The contractor is not honoring his stated warranty in the contract.

Siding: Used subcontractors without first informing the consumer and did not supply all materials as listed in the contract. This company showed up 14 days late to install the siding and then didn't complete the job in the contracted timeframe. They didn't properly seal the dryer vent which resulted in water leaking into the house causing $7500 damage. Then brought an action against the consumer for final payment in small claims court and LOST it's case, the judge decided that the company had not fulfilled it's obligations in the contract it had provided to the consumer.
