Roughly 11 months ago Superior Water Softeners 210-415-0797 entered into a 1 year agreement with MPOWERENT and feel it was by far one of the worst business decisions we have made.

What we thought was a major marketing media company appears now to be a shell company. 1st the address listed in the contract we have signed comes up in google satellite as a tire shop or a planet nursery, 2nd they speak of various positions within their company they are in contact with regarding our account, but we are only allowed to speak to Rob Cerventez even after asking to speak to a with a senior person within Mpowerent. He never brings in somebody else to speak with us because of our disatisfaction with their services.

In fact even when trying to dial direct to speak to senior management about our account, we receive VM and no call back, unless we call Rob Cervertez direct.

It gets worst getting traffic reports on the tv commercials aired for our company is like pulling teeth from a child and the 2 we have received have their name on them not Time Warner should be providing the reports and after signing a contract with them they pretty much disappeared until we complained enough about the results for the money we were paying they.

They always have a smoothie answer or different suggested path, but take months to begin a process that never starts.

In fact we were even promise a new/free produced tv commercial about six months ago and todate nothing.

So in short if this is a real company I still wouldn't invest your marketing dollars with them as they are to be slow and short on deliverables.
