Customer service is a joke.
I called them to try and resolve THEIR problem. The Idearc Bankruptcy was putting a hold on check payments so I was just trying to get the hold lifted off their account.
When I calmly tried to explain what needed to be done to the first rep she said "not my problem, " and hung up. I called back and got rep number two. This one was arrogant, whiny, condescending, and just plain stupid. I was, mind you just trying to send them checks. After being put on hold for the 4th time, I was told off and hung up on. I then contacted the new CEO to get the issue resolved and it was in a very timely manner.
