AVOID Linkyo Corp dba Supermediastore.com! Ran FIVE separate authorizations on my credit card (within 16 seconds) for the same order, REFUSES to respond to email about the problem. Now working on complaint to California Attorney General.

Definitely a result of a problem with their code that they apparently can't fix, as there are other complaints at resellerratings.com about the exact same thing, referencing their customer service making statements like "it happened to alot of people today" or something similar. Also, this was not a case of clicking "submit" multiple times... it occurred after clicking "submit" once, and waiting for the order confirmation page (which never came, instead a "communication with gateway" error message appeared and we simply closed the window and logged back in to check our order-status page).

Very rude. They basically consumed over $500 extra of our credit line on the card, which will not go away for five days now, for no justifiable reason at all and in violation of MasterCard merchant rules, and won't even bother to return email about the problem.
