They have restricted many accounts on the games website: superpokepets.com. There is not an appeal process and numerous emails are never answered, and the few that are answered is a standard form letter accusing the person who has the restricted account of fraud and being a cheat/thief. I am one of the blocked (restricted) accounts. Nobody will talk to you or answer your emails, not ambassadors, not administration and certainly not "customer service". I have invested a lot of time and money on this game. Now I have no avenues to pursue for justification. Please be very wary if you deal with them. They say they don't have to have a reason to close your account.
Here is my form letter.
Hi there,
Thank you for contacting the Community Support team regarding the
current state of your account. Your account access was restricted
because our anti-fraud system identified persistent attempts to
duplicate items on your account (or multiple accounts). The SPP Terms of
Use:http://www.slide.com/static/terms is very specific about not
allowing the duplication of items or taking advantage of scripts or
exploits when playing the game.
You may access your account and all of your items, but your account is
now restricted to the single-player SPP experience. You no longer have
access to the social components of SPP including:
• Posting on the forums
• Private messaging
• Gifting
• Trading
• Complimenting
• Participating in clubs
Your photo, custom user name, and custom URL have also been reset and
locked.
You are still free to play SPP and to:
• Participate in single-player quests
• Decorate your habitats
• Garden
• Buy items from the Shop
Your account no longer has other Community privileges. At this time, we
do not intend to reinstate these features on your account. If our anti-
fraud system detects additional activity on your account which violates
the rules of the SPP Community (Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and
instructions by Admins), we may take further action on you and/or your
account, which could include permanently blocking your access to SPP.
