I have a huge complaint about the Superbucks coupons that you get from the pharmacy when you purchase your medications. No one told me that they had an expiry date on them and not only that the expiry date is extremely small print over other words, that I could not even read the expiry date on it.
When I went in today they would not honor my expired Superbucks coupons. How would I ever know they have an expiry date without anyone telling me and to boot the print is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. I think this is bad business. I talked to the manager and he wouldn't even come out to talk to me and just said he would not honor it even after I explained I could not see it. I am sure many seniors would have the same problem and this is taking advantage of consumers when you make the expiry date so small you can't read it and it's on other printed words too. I wonder if others have complained about this or just accept it as their fault for not reading the extremely fine print with a magnifying glass!!!
Sincerely disgusted with Superstore in Northeast Calgary!
