This supercut customer service really sucks. On Saturday, January 30th 2010 I went there at 4:45 and the girl behind the counter told me their first available time is 6:00 pm I made a reservarion and went back at 5:45. One os lady's wanted to cut my hair right away but the maneger giel (blond???) let someone else in. She also let three other latecomers in y 6:15 at that time I was furious. I asked her what happened to my turn? she said all these people are in hurry.
This is an example of unprofessional bimbo that supercut puts in charge. After 1.5 hour, I left extremelu upset and without haircut. I have been their customer for two years.
What a shame.
