I try to move my servece cople days before I move back to my place my old apartment that got on fire I move call them days later becouse telefone not working yet I call them and let them know that the line that came from the street seing to be cut that I need some one to come aND FIX IT they give me another date untill the 17 remember this was before the month star it before the first of the month I dint whent to worck becouse I was weiting on the reperment guy never show up i call back and the person that answer my fhone calla told me that they dint have me for repair only for trunsfer how stuped rigth cos thats the first thing they did and dint work ok I told her I need my servece now I need to submit my days of work trow internet havent done it for olmost a month so some one came on the 18 left a note saying that they ware anable to get in to the servece room and thats what I told them that I dont have acces but I was going to call the land lord when they came he was going to be there well they dint understand I speak more then what I write my writing its horrible but my speach its good I call them back they fix the telefhone line but guess what th internet was not going to be working untill the 25 or somthing like that rigth keept weating and nathing happen ether call them back they keept trunsfering me making me wait like abouth 1 to 2 hours ich time I call them so when I call they trunsferme to another department and they cant find me on the sistem then she trunsferme and they have me for another day and I was getting pist cos I dont bolive that a company this big dont have the same informacion on evry deparment is not the costumer fowl that they have difernent deparment if they would of have the same informacion they would of have less trunsfer and les people on the line the that make sence to you well they trunsferme lot of time with oll the calls I did I spend like 20 hour just on weating fanilly I got my internet back on 31 but guest what my bill came up to 300 supost to be becouse i have two pendind on the old adres but I have only the amonth of 55 i told them thats why I dint thinck it was a big dill I have being costumer for abotuh 6 years now and they just not good inofh Im desconectin my servece the soonest I finde a good company and mabye just the internet cos I dont use the fhone on my house so Im paying 30 or 40 evrymonth for servece I dont use is a ripp off I know
