Too bad there's no zero star rating

I have no patience with companies like this that try to trick people into paying $500 or $600 for a toner cartridge. They know exactly what they're doing, and issue a pick up quickly enough when you call them on it. IF you can get through on the phone. Thank you very much to Gianna Loftis, who posted an alternate phone number. The number listed on their invoice rings to a voicemail box that seems to stay full, so you can't leave a message. 877-845-8072 rings through to a person. "Supply World" hides behind the excuse that they don't provide the toner, only invoice for it. What baloney.

SCAM

Supply World is a terrrible phone scam. They called saying that they were our company that supplies our toner (which we do have a company that supplies our toner, just not them) and placed the person on the phone's name on the shipping label. We did not pay the invoice and I received a flood of faxes and letters wanting me to pay the $700+ bill for one toner cartridge. What a scam!!! I told them that they could either send a prepaid UPS form or pick up the toner in person where I would have a police office waiting for them. Guess which option they chose? BTW, if you call their 877 number is goes to a macine but if you call 877-845-8072 you will get "Customer Service" which consists of one person named Annie.
