I cancelled my order and they are still charging me
In May of this year I ordered a free trial for acai berry only pay shipping and handling. The invoice on the website even showed the total as $5.95. When I checked my account they were billing me $82.31 I called and asked him to cancel my order. He tried to give me a discount I said not cancel the order. He said he would and the charge was removed. They sent me the product anyway. There was no invoice in the package no receipt of being charged anything no information in there at all just a bottle of the acai berry and the chia powder nothing else. So I figured I was just paying the shipping. I tried it. They billed me for it under acai support.com. I called them and complained that they sent no receipt or anything with the product. They told me if I didn't like it to send it back. I told them I tried it and it was not worth the money but I didn't have anything to send back, so they wouldn't credit my charge. I told them not to send me anything ever again. Well it is July 17th and I am being billed another $82.31 to my card but this time from supplementherb.com. Both of these websites are just to contact them. They have an email but the addresses on both sites do not work. There is a complaint form on the websites but when you take the time to fill it out and click Submit nothing happens. I called them and spoke with a female and told her about the transaction she said I have a monthyl subscription with them I said not I have cancelled it twice. Once in May and once in June. She said she would not credit my card when I receive the product to return it and they will give me credit. In the mean time my account is overdrawn, which is going to cost me more money I do not think I should pay for this because I have asked them twice to cancel my order. I think the support websites do not work because they do not want anything in writing that says I have cancelled my order. That way they can keep scamming me out of my hard earned money.
